Indo-French Collaboration on Water

The water crisis in Tamil Nadu has put the state in a dire situation. The Director of the French Institute of Pondicherry (IFP), Dr Frédéric Landy says: “It’s not that there is much less water: the truth is that there is less awareness. Sustainable water management practices are the need of the hour.
