The annual “Rentrée Littéraire”, a major event in the world of literature in France, happens every September. On this occasion, French publishers release hundreds of new titles, starting from the end of August. It puts the spotlights on French as well as foreign literature.
On this occasion, the French Book Office conducted an online webinar on “Rentrée littéraire” on 25th August 2020.
Three French publishers –Sabine Wespieser, Zulma Publishers and Éditions de la Découverte– were in conversation with Zubaan, Cre-A and Vani Prakashan. Each pair of French and Indian publishers presented two major books of 2020.
